In November, 989 homes were sold, 11.9% more than last year, according to data from the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (OCIF). In November, 105 more homes were sold than last year, but 189 fewer than in October. Sales are the lowest in the last four months.

Sales of new homes, rising from 36.5% to 71 units, are growing. Meanwhile, sales of existing homes also grew, but at a slower pace. In November, 918 homes were sold, 10.3% more than last year. In the first 11 months of the year, sales have fallen 12.0%, as a result of collapse in the first three months of the pandemic.

The average price of new homes fell 15.6% to $234,879, the price of existing homes grew 33.7% to $197,806.
