Washington.- The Appropriations Committee of the United States House of Representatives today ratified a new budget report in which it reaffirms the interest in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) “quantifying tax, federal, state and territorial evasion” of US companies that operate in Puerto Rico as foreign companies.
